Who we are

CrawlReadable (crawlreadable.com) is run by Franco Smit, a sole proprietor in Cape Town, South Africa. Contact: hello@crawlreadable.com.

The free check

Anyone can score any public website. A score is a snapshot of what our fetcher received on that day, from outside your network. It can't see firewall or CDN rules that treat named AI crawlers differently, and it isn't a promise about how any AI system will describe or rank you. Every score gets a public report page.

The fix pack

A fix pack costs $149 per site, paid in advance through our payment provider. Within 2 business days of payment we email you files written for your site: an llms.txt, the robots.txt rules to let AI crawlers in, Organization and WebSite structured data, and a plain-English note on anything only JavaScript shows. You or your developer apply them. When you tell us they're live, we re-score your site.

We don't guarantee traffic, rankings or mentions in AI answers. Nobody outside those companies can. Our guarantee is about delivery and the score: see the refund policy.

Agency partners

Partners pay the partner price per site and may resell the fix pack under their own name, at any price. The files are yours to use on the site they were written for.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or API to overload other people's servers. The API is limited to 10 checks a minute per connection, and we may block abuse.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the fix pack in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
