Privacy policy

We don't set cookies, we don't run ad trackers, and we don't sell data.

What we store

• Every check: the domain, the score, the full report and the time. Reports are public at /r/<domain> and appear on the leaderboard.
• If you join a waitlist or the partner list: your email address, the website you gave us and the time. We use it only to email you about what you signed up for.
• If you buy a fix pack: your name, email and website from the payment, to deliver the order. Card details go to our payment provider (Paystack) and never reach us.

What we don't store

We use your IP address for a few seconds to enforce rate limits, then discard it. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs for security and reliability under its own privacy policy.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Paystack (payments). Nobody else.

Removal and your rights

To remove a report for a site you run, or delete your email from our lists, write to hello@crawlreadable.com. We act within 5 business days. You can also ask what we hold about you, or have it corrected, under POPIA or GDPR.
