Refund policy

Full refund if we miss the 2-day delivery, or if your score doesn't go up once the fixes are live.

You get a full refund if

• we haven't emailed your fix pack within 2 business days of payment, or
• you apply the fix pack as instructed within 30 days, and a re-score shows your score hasn't gone up.

How to ask

Email hello@crawlreadable.com from the address you paid with, and include your website. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

What isn't covered

Changes to your site's design or JavaScript build. If the main problem is content that only appears after JavaScript runs, the fix pack explains what your developer needs to change, but that work is outside the pack.
